MWL-611 is the first available Wireless LAN client product from SparkLAN with a data transmission rate up to 54Mbps. Operating in 2.4GHz, the MWL-611 is backward compatible with other 802.11b wireless LAN devices. UP TO 54Mbps
For 802.11b compatibility, 802.11g incorporates 802.11b’s Complementary Code Keying (CCK) to achieve bit transfer rates up to 5.5 Mbps and 11Mbps in the frequency band of 2.4GHz. In addition, 802.11g adopts 802.11a’s Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) and speeds up its data rate up to 54Mbps. GREAT FOR VIDEO STREAMING
