    On the back of your credit card, last 3 digits for Visa, Master, and Discover. For American Express, it is the 4 digits number above your credit card number on the front side.

    Q How can I place an order using my in store credit?

    Place the order on line, and put the note in your comments field, "I have $xxx in store credit from order#xxxxx, please apply." Then our CSR who charges the order will apply the credit for you. If for some reason that your in store credit is not applied this time, it will be applied to next order. There is no expiration date for In-store Credit.

    On our website, it can search by printer model number. However, we recommend you to get the cartridge number in order to find the correct one. You can take out your cartridge from the printer, and the cartridge number is shown on there.

    All orders delivered to California (CA) or Massachusetts (MA) address will be charged the appropriate sales tax. /For resellers, please provide resale certificates (Form BOE-230) Fax to: 1-626-854-6553. For tax-exempt government employee, fax us at 1-626-854-6553 with your Government Tax Exempt permit and include the sales order number.

    You will get an Order Number after you place your order. If you provide your email address, you will receive an email confirmation from us, which contains a URL that shows the current status for your order. When your order has been shipped by Fedex, we will provide you the Fedex tracking# on the order status page with which you can trace your order. If you have any question regarding your order status, please email sales@cdrdvdrmedia.com so that we can check it out for you right away.

    Q I want to cancel my order, what should I do?

    We ONLY accept CALL IN cancellation. Please call 1-626-912-0668 before 11am PST to obtain the cancellation number. There is no email cancellation accepted.

    Usually, your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours; you may still refuse the package when it is delivered to you. However, there will be a 15% restocking fee and shipping fee is not refundable.
