The MLK006 is totally consisted of metal and glass. With Common Carrier Delivery, the truck driver may ask for your assistance in unloading the large and/or heavy furniture from the rear of the truck. The delivery drivers travel alone and occasionally request this assistance to avoid damage to the merchandise. In addition, Common Carrier Delivery does not include delivery inside your home, apartment, or office.
- Customer should inspect packaging and note any irregularities on the Bill of Lading prior to accepting the goods.
- Customer prerogative: If you changed your mind, didn't like the color, or any and all similar reasons and want to return the merchandise, Meritline will charge 30% restocking fee base on your invoice price.

About Shipping:
- We do not ship out computer desk to PO BOX, APO, FPO address.
- Most lightweight shipments are sent and delivered to an easily accessible area around your home/office. carrier might deliver the desk to your FIRST DOOR ONLY, further inside delivery will be your own responsibility, your request for carrier to deliver further inside might or might not be honored.
- A heavy or oversized shipment requires the use of a Common Carrier and is typically curbside delivery only. Common carrier drivers travel alone and may ask for your assistance in unloading the items from the rear of the truck. A signature is required to establish proof of delivery.
- In case you receive your desk damaged, please immediately contact our RMA department for instructions, Meritline won't cover any shipping cost for the unauthorized return.
