This product DOES NOT duplicate any copy protected DVDs.
Your master must be non-copy protected. Format can be DVD5 (4.7GB capacity) or DVD9 (8.5GB capacity) - can only make duplications from DVD5 to DVD5 or DVD9 to DVD9 - cannot duplicate DVD5 media on to DVD9 media or vice versa.
I have a 8x DVD duplicator, how come I can only burn at 4x?
A:
This could be caused by many possible factors, below are the most common factors: --DVD Duplicator speed: Most duplicators have a function to allow you to adjust the duplication speed. Please set it to MAX or whatever the speed you prefer. --DVD Media Certified Speed: Make sure your media is 8x certified by DVD Forum. You need an equivalent certified speed for your media and your duplicator to achieve the maximum speed.
Q:
Can my DVD duplicator duplicate Authoring DVD-Rs?
A:
Yes and no. Our DVD duplicator can't duplicator your Authoring DVD-R into Authoring DVD-R duplicates. However, our duplicators will duplicate it in General DVD-R format. This means that you can playback your duplicates, but you can't bring your duplicates to replication house for DVD stamping.
USB and Firewire cables are not included.
